Join me as I chat to Mary Fogarty in the little village of Loughmore about how their community has brought the spark and life back into their rural village. Hear about, 'The Cottage' project and how this community owned co-op has gone from strength to strength and has gone from being a simple idea to much more. In a village where small business had literally died off we hear how this inspiring network of people came together and turned things around. We chat coffee, Covid, rural life and isolation, local food and a business based on local producers and also about 'The Tipperary breakfast'. Mary is full of enthusiasm and it was a delight to chat with her.
